If you have ARD can you still apply for an occupational license in Pennsylvania?

This depends on a few things. You can pull some of the forms from the PennDOT website but you may want to think about meeting with an Attorney on this. It will help if you have a copy of your driving record (which can be ordered from the PennDOT website), at the time of your meeting with your Attorney.
