Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
what should I do if my attorney doesn't return my calls. I have been working with him for over 3+ years, and we are getting ready for trail finally in June. I had some major questions, and have left him several e-mails, and vm's but he is not answering them.
What can I do?

I would immediately sent him a letter via certified mail or fax, confirming that you have left him several unreturned messages and e-mails and that you have concerns to be addressed ASAP prior to the trial. I would request his response within 5 days, or advise him that you will contact the Bar Association and Disciplinary Board.
