Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
Based on medical reports, DOT will not let me take the drivers test anymore. Oh, I failed many times until I received this letter. I am probably wasting your time. Basicall I am out of luck, right?
Is the an appeal process or anything I can do? PLEASE HELP ME! Work is 35 minutes away!!

A lot depends on the nature of your medical condition and whether your own physician will state that you are capable of safely operating a motor vehicle.
