Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Bed bug bites causing major distress.

After staying at a well known brand hotel I discovered I was covered in itchy, burning red welts. Bed bugs. It has caused me extreme distress and concern. I am on tour with a performing arts group and am in the public eye continuously. I am embarrasssed to go to the gym and am depressed and worried because I have to travel and stay in hotels for my livlihood. Is there any way to be compensated?

Of course you should be compensated. This is a simple case, as hotels have a heightened duty to their guests.

Note that you should get an attorney who practices in the city where the hotel is located.
