Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
I was in a car accident 2 days ago. I was a backseat passenger in a car that was rear-ended at a red light. We were stopped at the light for some time, when all the sudden, boom, we were hit. It was clearly negligence on the other party involved. I sustained a descent case of whiplash from the accident. Am I entitled to sue?

Yes. However, if you are a limited tort insured, you may be precluded. I've got to ask you a few questions to determine if you're limited tort. Please call at your convenience--no charge for the call.

Passengers are generally entitled to sue. The most important thing right now for you to do is to treat with your medical provider. Feel free to give us a call and we can talk about your options and recovery.
Generally speaking, the answer is "yes" however, there may be limits on what you can sue for. I am local to you, so if you would like a free consultation to discuss your options, please feel free to call.
You are entitled to submit a claim for injuries. We would first notify the other driver's insurance of yoru claim. Once you have completed treatment, we would submit your medical records and bill and a settlement demand. Only if you do not settle, would we have to "sue" and go to court. You should immediately treat with your family doctor or emergency room. If you do not ahve a family doctor, I can refer you to medical professionals with several office locations. I have 6 office locations where I meet clients and offer a freee consultation. Philadelphiaaccidentlawyer.net
