Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

car accident

Don't have insurance on this vehicle,was selling car took car to show buyer,on way back home,got hit from behind and was forced into another vehicle.Was taken to hospital with leg laceration and back complaints.I have to miss work including holiday pay.I'd like to know what could happen from this incident?

As owner of an uninsured but registered car (It was registered, wasn't it?), you lose any entitlement you may have to medical benefits available to you from any auto insurance policy. And you are limited tort.
