Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
cease and desist letter
Is there a standard form or document letter to send to parents to advise legal action to be taken if corrective measures aren't taken to restraint their children from disruptive behaviors, such as verbal abuse and/or personal injury.

Re: cease and desist letter
The simple answer to your queston is "no"--there is no form or specific document to send in these circumstances. I suggest you consult an attorney and he will write a letter to the parents whose children are acting in this manner. A letter from you will probably not stop the conduct, and you might say something in the letter that will come back and hurt you later on. If only a letter is involved, the legal costs should be relatively low.
