Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

chemical burn

I work in a warehouse that supplies soap and chemicals to companies. I was loading a truck and a container of dry cleaning solution fell and exploded the top off it. The chemicals splashed up and hit me in the face and eyes causing burns to my eyes. Do I have cause for a lawsuit?

There may be a number of claims you could bring. You may be entiteld to workers compensation. In addition, if someone other than a co-employee was responsible for the accident, you may have a 3rd party claim for negligence.
