I clipped a bicyclist traveling the speed limit. My vision was impaired because of the sun. Should I expect to be sued by the bycyclist?

Yes, if the bicyclist was injured. Did you stop to give aid to the bicyclist? If not, that's a crime. Do you own sunglasses?
