Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

collection on judgment

I received a default judgment in PA. Defendant defied two court orders and refused to release her SS#, bank information. She has a business in NJ but I do not know the exact location. Also, two months ago she cheated on me, she transfered her house to her daughter for $1. In this case, how can I force her to compy with the court order? what procedure I should take to find her business location, transfer the order from PA to NJ and receive the judgment. She also has a new car. I sent a request to PA transportation department. But they are not able to find her from the address I provide. She surely defied the court order. In the second motion, I request the court to add comtempt if she continues to defy the order. The court deleted my request for comtempt but granted all others. If she refuses to provide her information again, what should I do?

Re: collection on judgment

You have to domesticate the PA judgment in NJ, to get a NJ judgment. Record that judgment in Trenton. File a Uniform Fraudulent Transfer (UFTA) motion regarding the house, them foreclose on the house. Not easy. I can't think of too many people that could get through this without an attorney, but the good news is you should be entitled to interest on the judgment, and reimbursement for all reasonable costs and fees to enforce the judgment and collect.
