I 2006 Icuuted my finger off w/ a knife received 13 stiched ,come back to word same day never received comp ,now my employer wants to fire me because Istood up can Istill sue them

If you cut your finger at work, you are probably still able tomake a workers' compensation claim. What was the exact date of your work injury? Why didn't you ever receive workers' compensation benefits?
