120 days to notify your employer of the injury under the WC Act. Getting it done in less than 21 days maximizes the amount of WC wage loss benefit you may be entitled to.
One year to start a civil suit against the other person alleging intentional harm.
Two years to start a civil suit alleging harm resulted from negligence.
Three years to start an administrative claim for workers compensation provided you gave notice.
Co-employees are often immune from suit. Employers are almost always immune.
