Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
I deliver PIzza, on one of my pizza runs i had to go down an alley which was not plowed and had probably about 6-8" of snow. It appeared driveable and i started driving down and when backing out got stuck. I spent 20 minutes inching back and forth until somehow my front bumper, the styrofoam underneath, and my headlight got ripped off because of a plow effect kind of thing while i was backing up. Can i sue the public works department? Can i sue my boss?

If you were your boss, how would you respond? You'd say if you are too dumb to strop before you caused damage to your car, it's on you. It is my opinion that the damage is on you. Next time don;t go down the alley, or stop and call for help before you damage your car.
