Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

My drivers license was suspended 22 years ago due to an accident that someone else had while driving my car. I had no insurance. PENNDOT says that my license was suspended for "insurance reasons" and I needed to contact the insurance company. What is the statute on having my license restored? I do not own a car now and would like to drive legally

There are a lot of factors to look at....

Was the person legally driving your car (that is, did you know they took it)

Did anyone defend the lawsuit that was brought

Do you know how much the Judgment was for?
