Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

my name is emelee and i'm contacting you because i have a question earlier this morning i went to wal-mart and i had my 1 year old son in my hand when on my way to go inside i slip and fall hiting my right side and my arm and hips and my right side on my back is hurting and i don't know if i can do something about it or not i have witnesses at the moment it wasn't hurting like is right now i need help if i can do something or not?

If you can prove negligence on the part of wal-mart or any other party who may have had control of the premises you may be able to present a claim. What didi you slip on snow ice, liquid there are many facts that may determine if there is iability.
