Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
My friend's child was assaulted at school and suffered a concussion and/or other brain injury. She was punched by an 18 yr. old youth who has admitted the assault. There were witnesses. What ducks should she get in a row? Do lawyers take such cases on a contingency basis?

Yes attorneys take these type of cases on a contingency basis. Your friend and her daughter should speak with an attorney to review the facts and determine whether a legal action is warranted.
