Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
My granddaughter was attacked by a pit bull at her aunts house, can I as a grandmother sue for her medical expenses ?

The child's parent or guardian has the right to sue.
Any bills you paid can be recovered in a claim filed on the minor's behalf by her guardian.
IF the aunt has homeowner's insurance, the insurance co. will pay her medical bills. Compensation for pain and suffering is also available, assuming liability is not an issue.
