Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

What do you do if you're growing unhappy with your attorney???

I was in a car accident in 8/03 where the other party admitted to the cop %100 fault & a witness that claims the same. My car totalled. I got an attorney & was sent to see a doctory he reccommended. The doctor sent me to physical therepy at his facility, which closed down a two months after I started going, leaving me to find another physical therapist, who then changes his hours on me so I was unable to make his appts. I then found a physical theripst who worked with my schedule, but after going for only a couple of weeks the doctor released me from care stating that even though I'm still in pain, ''I'm just going to have to heal over time, that physical therapy can't do anything more for me.... get a membership to a gym.'' Now that I'm released from doctor's care, I have had to do most of the paraleagal's job by retreaving doctor's notes and bills from the physical therapists. I still have back pains, headaches, stress, and loss of hair due to stress. My attorney now seems to insult me with a demand that he wants to give to the insurance company for $15,000.00 for my case. I was out of work for approx. 3 months and recieved doctor's care for approx. 6 months. Is this amount fair???? Do I have any choices at this point????

Did you ASK why he's suggesting you take the $15,000? My brother is disabled for life, has brain trauma, may still lose his right leg, in chronic pain he takes oxycontin for, etc. - HE rec'd $15,000 that he had to split with the insurance company (this was in NJ), because that's all the coverage the a__hole had! Ask your atty, not us! IF you don't like his answer, you need to take the file to another atty for review. There are too many variables to answer your question here.
