Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
Harassment charge liabilities
I worked at a place and was fired for asking the wrong questions to a superior and my foreman got me fired on a pop-up drug test. I wrote a letter stating no names and no threats at all, just pointed facts and used some swearing. Now I am to appear in court on harassment charges and I was wondering if I should consult an attorney. Can I possilby be put in jail? What is the max I can receive for this violation? Again, I did not threaten anyone, just stated what a loser the guy was. I never signed anything, just mailed it to his home.
thanks for your help!!!!!

I am not a criminal lawyer, but if a criminal complaint was brought against you, you absolutely should have a lawyer to represent you. Even if you are only fined, you will still have a criminal record. It sends like a competent lawyer should be able to win for you--but of course i don't have all the facts. See a lawyer ASAP.
