Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

injured by car

i was with a friend and when she was turning around on a hill i ran down to get into the car after i had been drinking and my feet got ran over by her passenger tire one foot is fractured the other had to get surgery, she said that she did not see me and the witness said that i was also at fault so her car insurance wants to deny me, is it pointless for me to get a lawyer to fight it?
