i was injured in a trip and fall accident in a private home where there was an auction of the house contents going on the auction company put down a throw rug at top of stairs to basement i tripped and went to the bottom of the steps dadly injuring my knee for which i have been off work 5 yrs. should the home owner or the auction company in pa.
