injury at work
i fell down steps that were to be repaired over a year ago at my job in pa, could i sue the company, i have 2 bulged disc and nerve damage/? the incident report stated the steps were written up on safety reorts for 6 months?

Generally, all you can get from your employer is workers' compensation, which pays for medical bills and wage loss, but not pain and suffering. However, there are ways around this problem. Please call to discuss. Thank you.
