Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

intentional emotional distress

My husband had an affair that ended after 3 months with a woman we knew. We are married 22 years and have 9 children. I found out later. We are still together-working hard. Since I found out this woman has emailed me with some very disgusting emails, called me to the point I changed my numbers, told all my neighbors, made false accusations against me -police questioned me and believed me, drives by my house and is just determined to upset me all the time. Is there any legal way to stop her? Can I sue her? No matter how much I try to ignore her she continues. I can't take all this harassment. I am tired of crying all the time.
