Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I was involved in an accident my two kids were seen by a docotor and they are fine, it was the other persons fault. They ended up totaling my vehical. It took them 5 days for me to get a rental car. Should I seek a lawer or will the case be to small?
