if the person who struck you was responsible the accident then you have the ability to bring a calim against the person. The issue is whether you were injured either physically or in other respects including damage to your car. there are other possible issues as well. I would suggest you speak with an attorney regarding the matter. if you would like to call my office to discuss the matter fee free to call (215) 322-2100.
Do you mean for injuries or damage to your car? You can always sue for car damage. Collecting may be a problem if the person who hit you has no insurance. If you were injured, your ability to sue may depend on your selection of "full tort" (full right to sue) or "limited tort" (limited right to sue) on your own insurance policy. You should speak with an experienced injury attorney. I have handled many cases like this for over 25 years. There's no attorney fee to speak with me if you'd like to call. In any case, good luck!!
It depends on the facts of the accident and your injuries. You should be able to recover from the driver. Feel free to call our offices: 267.639.3105
