Law Question Concerning Dentist-Do I have a case?

I will make this short. It sounds strange and is hard to explain but I need to know if this is worth pursuing. My husband had a tooth pulled at the dentist and part of his tongue never regained feeling after the novocaine wore off. It has been well over a month now and we went to a ear nose and throat specialist and he said that the needle must have hit a nerve and it can be months, years or never before he regains normal tongue feeling. That is ridiculous. Do we have a case?

you may. it would be best if the ear nose and throat doc would testify against the dentist I would take your case.

You may have one of two different claims. The first is dental malpractice which would require the dentist to have violated the applicable standard of care causing the nerve damage. The second claim is if the dentist failed to explain the risks of nerve damage and therefore the procedure may have constituted a battery(an unconsented to touching). I offer free consultations and accept many personal injury claims on a contengency fee basis (you pay nothing unless you recover money).
