Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

My lawyer won't send my case for an appeal.

Hello:

I live in Monroe County, PA. I just went to trial on 10/9,10/2007 for a personal injury case. It was about me suffering permaent damages from 2 torn ligaments in my left knee from a defective bike I was riding on at the Ceasar's Poconos resort. I expained to my lawyer the cause of my accident was the bike had a wobbly back wheel which the chain fell off the bike and the foot pedal brakes didn't work which caused me to be thrown off the bike up in the air and slammed hard to the ground hitting trees and rocks which contributed to my injuries as well. I told my lawyer I was on a black bike. I was hurt in August 2001. By the time any bike expert saw the bike to examine it, it was 2003 by my attorney and 2004 by the defendant's bike expert. My lawyer stated that the resort tagged and stored for 2 years a red bike and that's what was presented to him. He couldn't prove my case becasue he took the word of whatever the resort told him. I told him they switched the bike in a 2 year period. Also at the trial he had testimony from my dr. The judge said the video was too long cut it short. the verdict came back that the resort and I were both negligent and the percentage rate was 25% for the defendant and 75% for me. I lost.
