Liability for employee injury

I have an employee with parkinsons, who falls down at least twice a week in my office. i know of his condition. If he gets hurt in my office, can he sue me for liability?

I presume as an emplyer you have workman's compensation insurance. if so, and he is injured in the course of his employment then he would be covered by workers compensation. If you do not have coverage then you may face liability.
