Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Use of Lie Detector tests

I have been having flashbacks for years of my former employer in harmony pa putting me under hypnosis as well as one of my female bosses asking me out and of me havinjg a few problems with her including her asking me questions like how I liked working for the company. As I had a very pretty ex wife at one time and this boss was good looking I was wondering if she can refuse to take a lie detector test about asking me out and also knowing I was being placed under hypnosis in the harmony plant by the bosses. I feel I was subject to trauma based mind control by the company because of her.

Re: Use of Lie Detector tests

Generally, a person has no right to require someone to take a lie detector test. Additionally, your only remedy would be workers compensaton, and the statute of limitations is 3 years. I must tell you, however, that workers comp claims for psycological problems, without a physical injury are exteremely difficult to win.
