Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Can I make a lawsuit against my college roommate for vandalizing stuff on my bedroom door, stealing my food, putting stuff in my food (that shouldnt be eaten), scrubbing my toothbrush in the toilet, writing facebook messages that are threatening towards me without directly saying my name, and stealing other things that are in my room?

I'm not sure you're serious, but if you are, & you're in a dorm, you should be immediately contacting the RA to deal with this.
