Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

non workmens comp

My employer sent me home on 2-19-03 when I presented them with a 30 day lifting restriction from a chiropractor!They told me I can not return to work until I get the resrtiction lifted from a medical doctor! Chiropractor is a medical doctor,however this is not acceptable to the employer! What shall I do and what are my legal alternatives?

assuming you were not injured at work, you must comply with the requirements of your employer. I would suggest that you go to your family doctor and get the slip.
