Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I want my PA drivers licence back. It was taken for medical reasons but, after months of therapy, I want it back. Do I have to go through the whole process again like I was 18 bagain?

Because, I tried it that way and I failed it so many times, I cannot try again! Am I out of luck?

I feel so helpless.

You really have to consult a lawyer familiar with driver suspension cases. First, you would need yuor treating physician to fill out a form saying that it is his opinion that you can safely operate a motor vehicle. A lot depends on the nature of your medical problems. If your doctor is willing to back you up, then he would have to file a Petition with the court to restore your driving priveleges. Whether or not you would have to take a written and on the road driver's test, depends on how long your license has been recalled and the nature of your medical condition. You really have to consult with a lawyer to determine if he/she can help.
