Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Pain and suffering

I've been with my boyfriend on and off

for eight years. We've recenting had a

beautiful baby girl. We live in the same

household and have good jobs.This man

has put me through so much.During my

pregnancy,after my pregnancy and currently I am being abused mentally.

life long problems and medical illness.

This has all occurred during a twelve

month period.there is so much more.Is

there some way to make sure I'm am taken

care of if we should part.He has given me so many medical problems.I know he is seeing someone else(i have medical proof

of that. Now he thinks he can give me all these medical problems and just walk

away.Please help me find the answers.
