Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

for a personal injury case that has an agreement, but the attorney supprises you with extra fees. can you fire that attorney and go to another before you sign the agreement

You can always fire your atty. But the fee is stated in your contingent fee agreement. I'll bet the fee charged is as stated in your fee agreement. Don't confuse the legal fee with the costs spent by the lawyer to obtain medical records, investigate your case, etc--your lawyer spent money out of his pocket for your case.
