Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Personal Injury

I was hurt at work I did sue the car company, it took 6 years but the case is going to court, the car company wants to settle out of court I'm not interested on their offer I want to make sure an accident like mine will not happen again, my question is can I ask the jury if I win the case to recall the dangerous product?

Recall of a product is not a part of your case. Neither judge or jury has such power. The reasonableness of the offer is a matter you should discuss with your atty.
