In Pennsylvania, are nail salons liable if a customer contracts fingernail fungus?

I would need to know more facts as to the circumstances. When this happenened. You certainly must be able to show a causal relationship with the fungus and patronage of a nail salon. Also the severity of the funus and attendant medical costs and discomfort must be documented.
