Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Potential Lawsuit

I fell in July at a Verizon Phone Store and am being told that I don't have a claim. I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital for a very bad laceration to my shin. I was left on the floor for sevreral minutes until I could get myself up and then was left sitting on a chair for at least 45 minutes with no one bothering to pay attention to me despite the fact my leg as really bleeding.

I believe I suffered a back injury due to this fall and am treating for same. I think at the very least Verizon should compensate me for the medical bills I have incurred and am still incurring.

Re: Potential Lawsuit

The first question that must be answered is why you fell. If you fell because of Verizon's negligence, you would have a claim. However, if you fell because of your negligence, you would not have a claim. It is of no import how they treated you after you fell. If you'd like to discuss this to explore whether you have a case, please call me in my office today. For more info about me, please visit my website: www.autocrash.biz. Thank you. Richard Senker

you have a case if you feel due to Verizon's negligence. I would need to speake with you in order to make such a determination. It is more involved than just a "yes you have a case" answer.

Re: Potential Lawsuit

You must show that that verizon or the owner of the property where you fell was negligent and caused your fall. If the fall was due to your contributory negligence then you may not have a claim or if so have it diminished by your negligence. You should speak with an attorney to evaluate your case. You indicate you are being told you do not have a case you do not indicate who told you this the representative for Verizon or attorneys you hve consulted. In any event you should speak with an attorney. If you desire you could give me a call.

Re: Potential Lawsuit

I need to know what caused you to fall. If there was a problem with the floor, or an object on the floor, you may have a claim. Please contact me if you would like to discuss. Good luck!!
