was pushed down steps 2xs by my daughters x boyfriend i did go to his house to get my grand daughter he would not give her back court ordered and police came iam ina cast do i have a case

You can sue the ex-boyfriend, but if you win, you won't be able to get any money b/c ex-BF won't have any money and insurance probably won't cover it.
