my attorney quit w/ firm, what are my options up to this point?

Follow attorney to his new office

Find a new attorney to take over matter.

You can stay with the attorney who left or you can stay with the firm he left (these two options would depend on the terms of the fee and retainer agreement). Also you can hire another attorney not affiliated with this firm. Best of Luck

You have no obligation to remain with a firm. Rather, it is the attorney who represented you, not the firm. Having said that, if you are concerned about any retainer that you paid being credited, the firm likely received the retainer and must either continue to supply services or refund the difference.
