Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

rearended

I was rearended by a gentleman Aprox 9:15 AM.I needed knee surgury due to the accident. The at fault driver was given a field test @ the scene and a D.U.I. was issued to him. I have limited tort on my insurance policy. Do I have a legitamate law suit?

If the other driver is found guilty of DUI, or pleads guilty, or enters a special program for drunk drivers, then you become full tort. If you remain limited tort the nature and extent of your injury becomes an issue. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
