Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
I was recently in a car accident attempting to make a right with my blinker on. The car behind me attempted to pass me on the right at the intersection. He told the officer he thought i was turning left. i said i have a large vehicle and was swinging wide but felt i was still in my lane. I believe the person behind me didnt acknowledge my blinker and was speeding, also according to pa law you are not allowed to pass on the right at a intersection. But i am the one receiving the citation, can anyone tell me why ?. Yes there are two instances within pa law that allows for passing on the right. None of which should qualify here. Single lane higway, and the turn was like a backwards y i was in the left of the y but in my lane, turning onto the right of the y.

WHAT does the ticket say? What does the accident report say? Did the other driver get a ticket? Perhaps the other guys story is different, and the officer gave everyone a tickert (refusing to play judge). You can object to the police report and ticket, so do that.
