Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

school neg. on from nurse

My son tripped on the playground and hurt his perm. front tooth. He was sent to the nurse, and he was bleeding a little and he told her his teeth were numb, she gave him an ice pack and never called me and three hours later he got off the bus and we rushed him to the dentist, he has a fractured tooth, split root. Now is on antibodic for infection, and soft food diet, no physical activity for two weeks and then we go back to the dentist to see if he will lose the tooth, or have to have it capped, she said it would definately discolor. I was never called or notified until he got off the bus, hours later and told me on a friday afternoon. Misses out on karate classes already paid for, baseball games, and every other playful thing a boy does at nine.
