We must first determine why you slipped. Was it partially your fault for not seeing the hazard? What was the hazard? Did the owner know the hazard was there? Did the owner have a duty to remove the hazard? Please call me to discuss.

Hi. It definitely sounds as if you have a premises liability claim against the property owner. Please feel free to call me directly at 267.639.3105 or e-mail me at [email protected] to discuss.

It's very possible that you have a good claim. You need to discuss all the facts with an experienced injury attorney. Please contact me if you need help finding an attorney in your area. Please do not try to do this yourself, you need an experienced attorney. Good luck!
