Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Slipped and fell on refrozen runoff from snow melting Feb. 2014 in PA on sidewalk of restaurant chain resulting in knee surgery, much pain, and lost wages; should/can the restaurant be held accountable (the manager had to help me up off the cold ground)?

You may very well have a claim. There is a two year statute of limitations to bring a lawsuit. I would need to know more details. Feel free to contact me at no obligation at (800) 433-9700

The restaurant may give you a small amount, but you'll need an experienced injury atty to get what you deserve. Please call to discuss.
