Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

You can always sue, but you probably won't win. Why was the floor wet? If it was b/c of the weather, SEPTA/Amtrak can't keep their floors dry in those conditions and they don't have a duty to keep them dry. Did you see the wet? If not, you may be held liable for your fall. Did SEPTA/Amtrak know that their floor was wet and fail to clean it up?

Here are the issues: First--how long ago was it? When suing the state or government, there are some time limitations.
