Social Security disability

can I receive SSD due to an injury I inquired by a police officer? Ihave major injuries in my right shoulder rotory cup, ball joint, finger torn , broken bone in my back muscles and nerve damage and arthritis all to due this injury. I have limited use of my right hand. I worked as a truck driver.

The answer is yes, absolutely you can qualify. The source of the injury is irrelevant.
