What caused your son to fall? What was the condition created by the landlord that you think he is at fault?

1. I'm sorry your son was injured & hope he make a full & speedy recovery!!

2. The landlord may have an ins policy which has a medical payment (called med pay) provision where the ins co will pay for any med bills up to the limits of the policy- usually between $500 & $2500. Payment is made regardless of fault- your son could be 100% at fault & the ins co will still pay.

3. In order to sue for additional money you have to prove the landlord was negligent or was at fault. What caused you son to fall? Please call me if you'd like to discuss.
