my son had to get 3 stitches!
my 2 year old son hit his head off of a table at MCDonalds, resulting in him having to go to the ER and get stitches. It was raining all day-no wet floor signs. I had to ask the manager to fill out an incident report. Are the any grounds for a lawsuit?
