Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
How can I sue someone for defamation of character in Pennsylvania?
Where can I find the forms, etc.?
Thanks!

There are no "forms" for such a lawsuit. You prepare one from scratch, or, more wisely, hire an attorney to prepare one. You really do not want to represent yourself in a defamation case.
There is no form. Go to law school for 3 years. Practice law for 25 or more years. Craft a complaint. Pay your filing fee and file it. Serve it. Conduct 15 depositions. Prove damages. Go to trial. Win. Win on appeal. (and most importantly:) collect the money the jury awarded you.
There are no forms. Its a very complicated area of law. Hire an attorney.
he that is is own lawyer has a fool for a client. It is an old adage and certainly true listen to all the counsel here and contact an attorney.
