Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I would like to know if i can sue my friend and her kid for punching my kid on the mouth and messing up her gum it's a year already and her gum has not healed and the dentist said she needs to see a periadontist which my daughters health coverage does not cover

who punched your child the friend and her child or just the child what were the circumstances? were the children by themselves or under the care and supervision of someone else. what are the ages involved.? You may have an ability to sue someone but the facts are not specific enough.
